Telegraph District - 21st & N Street

The Telegraph District is an exciting new redevelopment project located on the eastern edge of downtown Lincoln. The project revitalizes the industrial elements of the former Lincoln Telephone & Telegraph campus. As a new home for Nelnet & Allo Communications, this will stimulate an active mixed-use urban neighborhood. The addition of restaurant, retail, office, and unique housing opportunities will be offered throughout the area. Through a partnership between Speedway Properties and Nelnet the Telegraph District will deliver a vibrant work-live environment.

The Atrium - 12th & N Street

The Atrium is located at 1200 N Street in the Downtown Lincoln, NE. This Class B Office building was completed in 1977 and features a total of 191,580 square feet. Located on the west side of Canopy Street, in Lincoln's Historic Haymarket district, the Hudl Building in a modern office building housing a variety of major and up and coming Lincoln employers. With first floor retail and a total of 7 stories featuring a basketball court, open floor plans and over 170,000 square feet of space, this building is the result of a partnership between Speedway Properties, Nelnet, WRK, and Chief Industries.

151 N 8th Street - 8th and "P" Street

Located in the former Salvation Army building, 151 N 8th Street is a modernized office building with Allo Fiber, Latch Smart Access, and a variety of existing tenants ranging from technology to architecture.
