State Patrol comes on as tenant
The Nebraska State Patrol moved into 4600 Innovation Drive, taking over a space previously housing Verizon's Lincoln call center. The building, finished in 2007, was acquired by Speedway Properties in 2018 after the prior owner defaulted following the move-out of Verizon in 2017.
The 113,000-square-foot facility brings together the State Patrols broad team of employees, which used to be scattered across multiple locations.
