Mixed-use development coming to 48th & Madison Street
Speedway Properties is in the process of redeveloping the former Green's Plumbing site in University Place, at 48th & Madison.
Aiming to break ground in the fall, the project would bring 3 stories complete with ground floor retail, and 54 units of housing including 20% affordable housing (60% AMI).
